St Aubin 10 YO Bas-ArmagnacThis handcrafted 10 YO rum is made from selected sugar canes manually harvested on the estate in 2003 and distilled in traditional copper potstill. The rum is aged in selected oak barrels. 70 cl; 43% ABV Distilled, matured and bottled in Mauritius

70% of the malt used was Scottish peated malt

"Coeur de Chauffe" is the middle cut of a double distillation in a pot still

It's a 50% chance to get the distillery's name correct
