Malibu VEGETARIAN

Malibu VEGETARIANDelicate aromas and flavours of coconut preceed warm, clean, gently rounded spirit. Basically it's a blend of light Barbados white rums (a bit like Bacardi) that have been softened by a year ageing in American oak casks then mixed with coconut milk and high quality cane sugar. The Rums are made with fine molasses from the island's sugar cane plantations and pure spring water fermented then distilled in a continious still.

The Magpie plumage is black with a stripe of white feathers

which need not be topped up

Made using Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes

but avoids over extraction of the abundant Nebbiolo tannins

ginger and stone fruit

which adds spiciness

stewed rhubarb and cooked beetroot may also play a part

This wine is a blend of different grapes

which represents the number of blends since the foundation of the Louis Roederer Champagne House in 1776

today the property is still run by three generations of this family

Produced from organically grown grapes but please note that the label does not say ‘organic’ in English
