7'6" Ryan Lovelace vBowls Coffee7'6" Ryan Lovelace's v. Bowls are arguably one of the most popular midlengths out there currently and it's for a good reason. Lovelace channeled years of hullistic research riding convex bottom boards and set out to develop a design that allowed for more back foot functionality and freedom to surf more critical sections of the wave without taking from the effortless glide that convex bottom contour enthusiasts all know and love. *Fin Not Included
The outline of the L-Spoon has the wide point set slightly lower than center with a pulled in nose and a moderately narrow squash tail that gives the outline a nice amount of curvature towards the bottom half
the lifts back up to mirror the tail with the nose if not slightly more turned up in the tail
The rocker is quite level for most of the sled and features a nice flip out the tail
This allows the board to respond with minimal strength being applied and allows the board to fit more easily into critical sections of the wave
The Classic Fish has a thick beak nose and a deep swallow tail
creating modified variations of hulls and twin fins that work exceptionally in less than perfect waves
Meant to be ridden smaller than your average board and in similar waves you'd ride your fish
yet stable option for the many loggin waves that can be found in the area
what we'd do to time travel back to those days in surf history's Transition Era to hear Andreini and MP discuss the intricacies of surfboard design
