Mermerus Chardonnay Unit:SingleProducer Mermerus Vineyard was established in 1996, and occupies part of the eastern slope of Murradoc Hill on the Bellarine peninsula. Production is centred in our on site winery and grapes are sourced mainly from the estate, with a small amount of fruit from local vineyards being used in some years. Traditional labour intensive winemaking techniques aim to preserve the essential fruit character of the vineyard. Intense and delicate fruit characters

The palette is fruit-driven with flavours of wild raspberry

biscotti and dried crushed flowers

and started planting the vineyard with Pinot Noir
